Terms of Use

The Service is provided under the Raf Gezgini brand by Lika Yazılım. The other party is the natural person who uses the Service as a guest or registered user (“User”).

Contact: info@likayazilim.com — +90 501 618 32 08. This text does not invent Ltd./Inc. suffixes, address, tax ID (VKN), MERSIS, KEP, or similar registry details; official announcements remain reserved.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings below:

• “Service”: the Raf Gezgini mobile app, API, and rafgezgini.com website, taken together.
• “User”: a natural person who uses the Service as a guest or registered user.
• “Content” / user-generated content (UGC): text, lists, photos, price observations, and similar data uploaded or created by users.
• “LikaHesabım”: the OIDC identity account provided via account.likayazilim.com.
• “Household”: a user group created for shared shopping and messaging.

Raf Gezgini is a consumer software service offering store and product discovery, household shared shopping lists, in-household messaging, photo sharing, location for nearby stores, crowd-sourced price observations, and optional push notifications.

The Service does not include physical product delivery, courier services, store operation, or payment intermediation. Features may be developed, changed, or discontinued over time.

Full-featured use requires a LikaHesabım session. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for not sharing your account with others.

Sessions may be configured to remain valid for about 30 days. You may revoke a session in the app (session revoke).

You must have the legal capacity required under the law of your place of residence to use the Service.

The Service is not designed for children. Use by children is subject to parental/guardian supervision.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, device, and sessions.

If you suspect unauthorised use, revoke the session and notify info@likayazilim.com. Lika Yazılım is not liable for every loss arising from user-side device or credential negligence; mandatory legal rules remain reserved.

Full-featured sign-in is performed via LikaHesabım OIDC (account.likayazilim.com).

Security of your LikaHesabım account, password/session management, and LikaHesabım-specific rules are also governed by LikaHesabım’s own texts. Raf Gezgini cannot be held absolutely liable for outages arising from LikaHesabım’s independent operation; effects on the Service are managed to a reasonable extent.

Part of the catalog may be browsed without an account (guest). Household, shared-list, messaging, or contribution features may be limited or unavailable in guest mode.

Guest use is also subject to these Terms and applicable law.

The catalog may include stores, products, barcodes, and similar records, and may be enriched by user contributions.

Catalog content is informational; it is not a guarantee of stock, price, promotions, or store policy. Verify current shelf or seller information before purchasing.

Lists, messages, photos, price observations, and similar materials are created or uploaded by users.

You are responsible for ensuring your Content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe others’ rights. Lika Yazılım reserves the right to review, remove, or limit visibility of Content; this does not mean every item is pre-moderated.

When submitting stores, products, barcodes, or price observations, you should endeavour to provide accurate, current, and lawful information.

Contributions may become part of catalog content visible to the public or a broad user base. Knowingly submitting misleading contributions is prohibited.

We may request location permission to show nearby stores. You may refuse; related features may be limited.

Your device may call geolocation services such as OpenStreetMap Nominatim; those services’ own terms may apply.

Household creation, member invitations, and membership management follow the app’s features. Shared content within a household may be visible to other members.

Household administrators should take care regarding the suitability of persons they invite. Household disputes should primarily be resolved among members.

Personal and shared lists are for planning and tracking shopping. List items may be shared among household members.

Accuracy and currency of list content depend largely on Users.

Household messaging is for shopping coordination; it is not a substitute for a general-purpose chat platform.

Unlawful, harmful, harassing, or rights-infringing messages are prohibited. Lika Yazılım reserves the right, upon notice or detection and within legal limits, to remove messages, restrict accounts, or contact authorities.

No automatic timed purge policy has been identified for message text. Temporary images attached to messages are cleaned after about 24 hours.

You must own the rights to images you upload or have a lawful basis. Do not infringe others’ image rights, privacy, or intellectual property.

Obscene, unlawful, or harmful images are prohibited. Storage currently uses local disk and infrastructure may change.

Unlawful use or use contrary to these Terms is prohibited, including without limitation:

• Acting with misleading, fake, or another person’s account.
• Spreading malware, attempting unauthorised access, or sending abusive automated requests.
• Sharing content that is insulting, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Unlawfully processing or disclosing others’ personal data.
• Knowingly corrupting the catalog with false price/product information.
• Using the Service for unauthorised commercial scraping or systematic abuse.

Uploading or distributing content that constitutes a crime, is illegal, involves child exploitation, incites violence, contains hate speech, or severely infringes third-party rights is strictly prohibited.

Lika Yazılım reserves the right to assess illegal-content reports and, where legally required, to remove content, restrict access, or notify competent authorities.

The Raf Gezgini software, interface, design, database arrangement, and other elements belonging to Lika Yazılım are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a broad assignment of rights; they only grant a right to use the Service. Statutorily permitted uses remain reserved.

“Raf Gezgini”, related logos, and other signs belonging to Lika Yazılım are trademarks and branding elements.

You may not use these marks in a domain, advertisement, product name, or misleading manner without written permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners; mention in the catalog does not imply partnership or endorsement.

You retain ownership of your Content. No ownership assignment is made to Lika Yazılım.

You grant Lika Yazılım a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (only to technical service providers) licence, limited to operating the Service, to host, back up, display, transmit, technically process, operate the catalog, and fulfil legal obligations regarding your Content.

This licence is limited to what is necessary for technical delivery of the Service; it does not grant a right to sell or market your Content independently. If you remove Content or a deletion request is fulfilled, limited exceptions such as technical backups, legal retention, and already shared catalog contributions may remain.

Lika Yazılım grants you a personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reverse-engineer, copy, relicense, or use the Service to disrupt it, except where permitted by law.

The Service may be temporarily interrupted or slowed due to maintenance, updates, security, capacity, or force majeure.

Features may be removed or changed. Reasonable advance notice is aimed for; urgent security cases are an exception. Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

The Service may rely on third-party components such as LikaHesabım, FCM/Google, and OpenStreetMap Nominatim.

Lika Yazılım is not liable in every case for outages, policy, or operational changes of third-party services. External websites and store pages are outside these Terms.

Prices shown in the app may be based on user observations, contributions, or other informational sources and may differ from shelf prices, be delayed, or be incomplete.

It is the User’s responsibility to verify the current physical-shelf or seller price before purchasing.

Lika Yazılım does not warrant that price information is always accurate, complete, or up to date. However, mandatory consumer-law provisions remain reserved; absolute liability waivers that are legally invalid will not be asserted. Liability arising from fault, tort, or statute is assessed on the facts of each case.

Raf Gezgini does not sell products, take payments, place orders, issue invoices, or act as a seller or intermediary marketplace.

Users complete purchases with physical or online sellers of their choice, outside Raf Gezgini. Raf Gezgini is not responsible for third-party sellers’ goods or services.

No product price, subscription, or commission is collected through Raf Gezgini (as of publication of these Terms).

If paid features are offered later, separate information and terms will be published.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lika Yazılım does not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.

Liability for direct damages is assessed within proven fault and causation in the concrete case, subject to mandatory legal rules.

In particular, no unlimited warranty is given regarding (i) third-party seller transactions, (ii) accuracy of user Content, or (iii) device or third-party service outages. Consumer law and other mandatory provisions remain reserved; legally invalid waivers will not be asserted.

You are responsible for using the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms; for the accuracy and lawfulness of your Content; and for the appropriateness of household invitations and shared data.

To the extent you are legally liable, you agree to hold Lika Yazılım harmless against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or law, or from Content you upload. Liability arising from Lika Yazılım’s own fault remains reserved.

Your account or access may be temporarily or permanently restricted or terminated in case of breach of the Terms, security risk, suspected unlawful activity, or abuse of the Service.

You may also stop using the Service by discontinuing use and revoking your sessions.

There is no in-app self-service account-deletion API or end-to-end “delete account” flow. Session revoke is available.

Account-deletion requests must be sent by verifiable email to info@likayazilim.com under the KVKK application procedure in the Privacy Policy. Do not treat a non-existent in-app delete button as if it existed.

Requests to delete, destroy, or anonymise personal data are assessed under KVKK Arts. 7 and 11.

Submit requests to info@likayazilim.com in a verifiable manner. Details are in the Privacy Policy. Some records may be kept for a limited time due to legal retention, disputes, or security needs.

Lika Yazılım may give notices about the Service, security events, or changes to these Terms via in-app announcements, email (if we have an address), or the legal pages on rafgezgini.com.

Optional push notifications may be delivered via FCM (Google); you may disable them in device or app settings.

If commercial electronic messages are sent under Law No. 6563 and related rules, required approvals are obtained and an opt-out is offered.

Mandatory/transactional notices such as security, service status, or household invitations may be assessed separately from commercial messaging rules.

Natural disasters, war, mobilisation, epidemics, strikes, lockouts, energy/internet infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, acts of public authorities, or similar events beyond Lika Yazılım’s reasonable control may constitute force majeure.

Affected obligations may be suspended during force majeure and resumed within a reasonable time after the event ends.

Lika Yazılım may update these Terms. The current text is published on the legal pages with a last-updated date.

Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means where practicable. Continued use after a change may mean acceptance of the then-current Terms; cases that legally require separate approval remain reserved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Conflict-of-laws rules shall not be interpreted so as to defeat mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

For consumers, rights relating to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related legislation remain reserved. A consumer’s statutory right to apply to the competent forum cannot be restricted.

If the User is a consumer, rights arising from mandatory consumer legislation remain reserved.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice. These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.

If there is a conflict between the Turkish text of the Terms and any other language version, the Turkish text prevails.

These Terms take effect from the date they are published on the legal pages at rafgezgini.com.

The published “last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use of the Service may mean acceptance of the then-current version; cases that legally require separate consent remain reserved.
